Each time I did go back and spoke to betfair about the issue who assured me the issue was with PayPal, and they have other customers who have had the same problem and the only way to resolve it was to speak to PayPal.

They informed me PayPal has a dedicated department for dealing with gaming website issues, and they definitely would be able to solve the issue for me. I mentioned this department to the PayPal customer service representatives who told me no such department exists, only on the 3rd call to PayPal did I manage to get the representative to speak to their supervisor about the department and they said such a department does exist to deal with such issues but it was impossible to put me through to them!

They said they would issue a support ticket to the department who would get back to me within hrs. It has now been over 72hrs and I have had no reply. I need to get this issue fixed a. Is there a solution? Betfair tells me to send via bank transfer. That means I would have to give them my bank details and credit card number.. I don't trust them anymore.
